Gambrill Gardens provides a unique 403 (B) Retirement Plan benefit and all employees are eligible to participate in the plan immediately upon hire regardless of age or service. In addition, our retirement plan provides sponsor paid contribution of 2% for employees meeting the eligibility requirements (age 21, completion 12 months of service, 1000 hours of service per year). We also have a generous Vacation, Holiday, and Paid Time Off (PTO) Policies. Other benefits include complimentary meals, Employee Assistance Program, and optional Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
