Pastoral Care:
All Faiths Celebrated at Gambrill Gardens
Another integral aspect of our holistic approach to resident service touches the spirit. Gambrill Gardens is blessed with a full time ordained chaplain to promote spiritual wellness and personal faith growth. Arranging community worship, assisting residents and their families with opportunities to be in mission and ministry, as well personal counseling is the primary focus of our Pastor. The United Methodist Church’s principals of Passionate Worship and Intentional Faith Development are reflected in our commitment of inclusiveness and compassion for all spiritual beliefs.
Our beautiful 200 seat chapel serves our residents well with a state of the art sound and video which allows our residents who may be audibly challenged the opportunity to enjoy services and various musical performances as well as guest speakers who come to teach, preach, or share their gifts of faith, music or education. Children’s groups, Scout groups, Confirmation classes, youth choirs, preschool visits and other intergenerational activities and gatherings at holiday times add to the fun and fellowship experienced by all.
