Resident services include social services as well as wellness education and other programs to address quality of life issues. A wellness nurse and a social worker ensure our residents have plenty of resources and opportunities for assistance when they need it. They also provide information and direction to families when appropriate.

Coordination of the Living with Assistance Program and transition services to residents and their families

Coordination of on-site medical services that include physical therapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, audiology, mobile mammography and seasonal flu inoculations

Information regarding Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance

Assistance with Power of Attorney and Advance Directives
