INDEPENDENT APARTMENT LIVING

Our apartments are among the most affordably priced in Saint Louis and include one and two bedroom styles. You will find these to be comfortably spacious with lots of closet space and bright new bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring. New residents enjoy choosing wall colors to coordinate with their own furnishings giving their new home a custom feel. The low monthly fee includes dining, housekeeping, and all of our scheduled activities and transportation, as well as utilities and cable television.

WHEN YOU NEED MORE SUPPORT

“Extraordinary Living” is our program for those residents with increased needs for support in daily living. Comprehensive Care, a Medicare certified, licensed home health agency, has joined us and provides 24-hour personal care services while we handle the room and board, social programs, and activities, etc. Three daily meals, medication administration, bathing and dressing assistance are included to allow residents the option to stay at Gambrill Gardens should they need more support. Our goal is to give our residents an opportunity to stay close to the friends they care about and the activities they enjoy for as long as possible.

AFFORDABLE OPTIONS

As a not-for-profit, mission-based community, we are committed to offering the most affordable choices in retirement living possible, while providing comprehensive, quality services. The HUD program allows rent to be based on a resident’s income. It includes studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. This option is available to the public as well as to our current residents just in case their financial needs should change in the future. Please call us to find out more about this unique program.
