Our apartments are among the most affordably priced in Saint Louis and include one and two bedroom styles. You will find these to be comfortably spacious with lots of closet space and bright new bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring. New residents enjoy choosing wall colors to coordinate with their own furnishings giving their new home a custom feel. The low monthly fee includes dining, housekeeping, and all of our scheduled activities and transportation, as well as utilities and cable television.

As a not-for-profit, mission-based community, we are committed to offering the most affordable choices in retirement living possible, while providing comprehensive, quality services. The HUD program allows rent to be based on a resident’s income. It includes studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.
